Notes

• Paper Uploads: In order to submit the final paper or video submission at least one of the authors must register for the conference before Nov.15. Each registrant is allowed to upload up to one papers. Non-registered papers will not be included in the conference proceedings or published in IEEE Xplore®.
• Extra Page Charge: For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay USD 175 (CNY 1350) per page for the extra pages (max. 2) to be included in the conference proceedings.
• Student Registration: Student registrants must upload relevant documentary proofs which indicate your full-time undergraduate student status to the online registration form.
  
• [NEW] Notice Regarding Additional Charges of Dinners for Accompanying Person: 
  - December 7th banquet :$100 or 750 RMB per person.
  - December 5th and December 8th dinners: $70 or 500 RMB per person per dinner.

Method of Payment

We accept payment by credit card or PayPal for international registrants. Registrants from mainland China can pay the registration fee by bank transfer. Please follow the payment instructions in the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

• 50% of paid registration fees will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made on/before Nov. 1, 2023.
• No refund will be given if cancellation is made after Nov. 1, 2023.
