Workshop & Special Session Submission

The Workshop and Special Session proposals deadline for IEEE ROBIO 2023 is August 20, 2023. However, we strongly urge you to submit your Special Session proposals as early as possible to attract more submissions.

All submitted proposals will be reviewed and published on the conference website as soon as approved. IEEE ROBIO 2023 welcomes Workshop and Special Session proposals related to, but not limited to, the topics covered in the conference papers.

Note:

• All workshops and special sessions must be half-day sessions lasting 2 or 4 hours. The content may include presentations, panel discussions, and poster sessions. Please choose either a morning session (10:30 - 12:30) or an afternoon session (13:30 - 17:45).
• Accepted workshop posters and special session papers can be presented at the conference and included in the final program, but they will not be published in IEEE Xplore.
• If a Special Session receives fewer than five accepted papers, the papers may be assigned to or combined with another session.
